Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & Handling Procedure

We ship our purebred Boston Terrier puppies safely throughout Canada & USA using a professional pet care service. Your puppy will never travel in the cargo hold of an airplane. Instead, a trained handler will accompany your puppy throughout the entire journey – either on the cabin flight and/or in a special pet transport vehicle – until delivery to your doorstep.

What we organize before the trip: Health & ID: ISO microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations, parasite prevention.

Documents: pet passport (or official veterinary certificate if required), vaccination record (including rabies if necessary), and a current veterinary fitness examination for travel .

Socialization & Preparation: Getting used to the transport crate and short training sessions to ensure your puppy stays calm on the day of travel.

Travel kit: IATA-approved transport crate, absorbent pads, wipes, small rest kits (for short walks during layovers), and food/water as prescribed by the veterinarian.

How the Pet Nanny Service works (step by step):

Booking & Route Planning – We confirm your address and preferred dates and then plan the nanny's route (flight, cabin + ground transfer).

Travel Check – An authorized veterinarian issues a health certificate within the required timeframe.

Pick-up – The nanny picks up your puppy from us and sends you a welcome photo or video.

Constant care – Throughout the entire journey, the nanny monitors the puppy's well-being, hydration, and temperature. No cargo handling, no unattended transfers.

Real-time updates – You will receive location updates (via SMS/WhatsApp) at key points: departure, layover/ground transfer, and estimated time of arrival.

Doorstep delivery – The nanny delivers the puppy directly to your home address. You will receive all the necessary paperwork and a brief care assessment. A signature is required.

When you receive your puppy, it may take a few days for it to adjust to its new home. However, most new owners inform us that their puppies immediately settle in and feel at ease.
